4.When a repentant wrongdoer returns, the heavens rejoice and the congregation welcomes him back.—Luke 15:7.
The article never mentions all the hoops and hurdles the repentant wrongdoer has to jump after being reinstated!
Here is what the ''SHEPHERD THE FLOCK OF GOD” book mentions about the reinstatement:

Watchtower Study on 5th December.
by Lost in the fog inthe wt study for this week is all about disfellowshipping.
in an early paragraph it said "think how heartbroken jehovah must have been when members of his own angelic family turned their back on him!".
however when you think about it, when this happened according to the wt teaching, jehovah still engaged with satan in the heavens (book of job) and had conversations with him about what was going on in the earth.. so why do the wt org practice shunning when jehovah god obviously didn't?.

nowwhat? The sad part is that many pioneers that avoid working will be wondering why Jehovah didn't bail them out when they are evicted and their car is repo'd
My niece and her husband were full time Special Pioneers. The Society gave them a fixed monthly payment to pioneer full time, while they worked part-time jobs.
I just found out that they were let go due to the pandemic. The only pioneering work they did was phone witnessing and mailing out letters. They were let go from the Society. They went to live with her in-laws, because they couldn't manage on their part-time salaries. Jehovah forget to bail them out after serving the Society for over 10 years!

Abraham1 said:
Rules and Regulations,
You did not check the Scriptures I cited (Mathew 13:24-30). It implies God acts to benefit ALL His children, not to any individual here and there. (Mathew 19:28; Romans 2:11)I beg to differ:
1 John 5:14-15 ESV
And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.
John 15:16 ESV
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
Matthew 21:22 ESV
And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
Matthew 7:11 ESV
If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

This is because God acts in large scale, and we think in small scale, being reduced to localized needs. (Mathew 13:24-30)
Abraham 1
If tomorrow you had to be admitted to a hospital with Covid-19, cancer or any life threatening illness, which would you choose:
A : Have Doctors and Nurses help you with all their knowledge, medical care, medicines, life saving equipment
B: Be admitted in a room without any medical staff, equipment, medicines. All you have is prayer to save you. Hope that God acts in a large scale...

STUDY ARTICLE 50
Listen to the Voice of the Fine Shepherd
9 Consider an experience that illustrates how Jehovah can care for our material needs. A couple in full-time service drove over an hour in their old car to pick up some sisters living at a refugee center and take them to a Christian meeting. The brother explained: “After the meeting, we invited the sisters for a meal, but then we realized that we had nothing to offer them.” What would the couple do? The brother continued: “When we arrived home, there sat two big shopping bags of food in front of our door. We did not know who had left them there. Jehovah took care of us.” Sometime later, the couple’s car broke down. They needed it for their ministry; however, they had no money to repair it. While the car was being looked over at a nearby garage, a man came in and asked: “Whose car is that?” The brother said that it was his and that it needed repair. The man replied: “That does not matter. My wife wants this type of car and exactly in that color. How much do you want for it?” The brother ended up with enough money to buy another car. He concluded: “I do not need to explain how we felt at the end of the day. We knew that this was no coincidence. It was Jehovah’s hand.”
You have to ask a lot of questions about these experiences! A couple realize they hardly have any food to offer these sisters. All of a sudden two big shopping bags of food are waiting at their front door. Did Jehovah know what kind of food they needed? How did Jehovah inform someone to purchase food for this couple? How did the deliverers of these two big shopping bags of food know where they lived?
We knew that this was no coincidence. It was Jehovah’s hand.”
This same couple have more problems. Their car needs repairs. Does their car break down while they need transportation to work? No, they need it for the ministry work. That's more important than work. By chance, a man buys their car that needs repairs, has a wife that wants the exact type of car, and EXACTLY the same color.
The last time I brought in my truck for repairs, I don't remember anyone wanting to buy my truck. I guess Jehovah only listens to the material needs of Jehovah's Witnesses!
We knew that this was no coincidence. It was Jehovah’s hand.”

The comments that follow are the reasons I love : https://www.jehovahs-witness.com/
Well he is old. I remember the CO losing enthusiasm after the generation thing. I sure did.
Or Sam Herd is an Uncle Tom and the Token Black Man Puppet of the Otherwise White Gibberish Buddy.
Herd has always been a really poor speaker , though - I heard him at an international convention many years ago and even then he basically just read the talk word for word from the script ( losing his place a few times ) , including the rather painful scripted "jokes" that he comes out with.
He's the diversity hire for their propaganda show.
Probably more to do with his age and failing health. He has suffered from diabetes for many years.

If they all have to be dead before Armageddon, it seems to me there could be a bit of a wait ahead.
I think that is the Watchtower's thinking. Delay, stall, and wait a little longer! Since there are more members ''partaking the emblems'', the end will never come. They will use that excuse on why Jehovah is delaying Armageddon!

Mr. Herd says, ''Sometimes we have to make adjustments. Now, you may have heard of a few adjustments in our understanding of things already today, and there could be more adjustments that will have to be made later on.''
What are these ''adjustments''? The Governing Body taught 10 years ago that the ''anointed'' would survive Armageddon and move into paradise with the ''other sheep'' and later would go to heaven. He explains that Jehovah puts on a light of understanding when he sees it time.
What is this new adjustment? That all ''anointed brothers will be in heaven'' before Armageddon starts. The new ''adjustment'' that Jehovah shines a light on is, ''because Jehovah is behind it.''
So, let me see if I understand Mr. Samuel Herd. What the Governing Body taught 10 years ago was old light, and with God's permission, they only see the new light because Jehovah shined a light on it ONLY RECENTLY.
God never changes, only the Watchtower Society changes!
James 1:17Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. -

GLOBAL NEWSYoung Witnesses Become Resourceful Evangelizers During Pandemic
Our young people around the world are showing determination to keep up a good spiritual routine by finding ways to preach and encourage fellow worshippers during the coronavirus pandemic.
In New Zealand, communities have been placing toys, teddy bears, and pictures in windows for children to see while taking walks in the neighborhood. Seeing an opportunity to preach, young people in various congregations are making signs depicting Caleb and Sophia that read “Watch me on jw.org.”
